1. Project Development And Control Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Performing all necessary tasks involved in the development of the project from initiation to completion.
- Providing support in monitoring and controlling all activities related to project development, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conducting analysis and preparing reports on critical project issues, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Offering timely support on any required tasks to facilitate the smooth execution of the project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Management from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in handling EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
- Any relevant certification related to project management would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of project development processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
2. Project Development And Control Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Providing legal expertise and guidance on all matters related to the project.
- Reviewing relevant regulations and assessing their impact on project operations.
- Conducting thorough assessments of legal risks associated with project activities and developing mitigation plans.
- Assisting in the review of legal documents, contracts, and project-related correspondence to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborating with project teams to address legal concerns and provide proactive support throughout project lifecycles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a legal role with a background in handling EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
- Any relevant certification related to construction law or project management would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and regulations applicable to project development and management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proven track record of successfully managing legal aspects of complex projects.
3. Project Support Officer (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting language translation processes between Mandarin and Indonesian, both verbally and in writing.
- Delivering message content by crafting precise translations.
Job Requirements
- High School/Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree required.
- Must possess proficiency in Mandarin language (verbal and/or written).
- Willingness to be stationed at Kalimantan Utara Site with rostered work schedules.
- Open to fresh graduates; experience as a Translator is a plus.
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and willingness to work hard.
